On Day 89 (January 22, 2026) of the Walk for Peace, Aloka the Peace Dog paid a joyful visit to Bhikkhu Pannakara and the venerable monks at our lunchtime rest stop. It was heartwarming to witness Aloka reunited with the monastics, his tail wagging with happiness and ease. He continues to recover well from his recent surgery, and moments like these remind us of the quiet joy found in companionship, kindness, and mindful presence.
