New Promalight Alu6 production line provides Promat a more sustainable and improved product

At Promat, we pride ourselves in producing the highest quality insulation materials for a wide range of applications. Over the past years we have invested in our microporous Promalight board technology to improve our products. In 2018, we invested in a new press that enabled us to mix and press inline, making a stronger and more homogenous board with increased compressive strength. In 2022, we’ve completed another investment on this press, with new and improved aluminium gluing technology that focuses on sustainability, availability and quality. This investment will lead to less glue but much better adhesion, reduced plastic use and optimize packaging, as well as better quality boards that are available with shorter lead times.
