Courtesy of DZMM TeleRadyo. The NBI is requesting copies of CCTV footage from the Senate to find out how Sen. Bato dela Rosa was able to leave the Senate building at 2:30 a.m. Thursday. NBI chief Melvin Matibag said the agency will also investigate reports that dela Rosa, who has an arrest warrant from the ICC, was spotted at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. Dela Rosa went into hiding for nearly six months only to appear at the Senate last Monday to participate in a Senate coup that installed Alan Peter Cayetano as the new Senate President.
