වඩුකන්ද ,ඕතුඹ, මහදෝව යන ප්‍රදේශ වල පවුල් 200කට පමණ අයත් අධ්‍යාපනය හදාරන පාසල් හා විශ්වවිද්‍යාල වල ඉගෙනුම ලබන ළමුන් 250කට ආසන්න පිරිසක් සදහා මේ වන තෙක් මාර්ගගත තාක්ශණය ඔස්සේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු හැදෑරීමට විශාල බාධාවක්ව පැවති සංඥා (සිග්නල්) ගැටළුව විසදා ළමුන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු බාධාවකින් තොරව කරගෙන යාමට දැන් ඔවුන්ට හැකිය. විවිධ අපහසුතාවලින් පෙලෙන තවත් දහසක් ගණනක අහිංසක මිනිසුන් අප යුතුකම් ඉටු කීරිමට පැමිණන තෙක් මග බලා සිටී. ඔවුන් හට පිහිටක් වීමට ඔබත් ඔබට හැකි පමණින් ඔබේ යුතුකමත් ඉටු කරන්න. Poor telecommunication signals were a major hindrance to nearly 250 school and university students belonging to 200 families in Wadukanda, Othumba and Mahdowa areas. However, they are now continuing their education uninterrupted as this issue was recently resolved. Thousands of people in other parts of the island also face various issues, and are awaiting our support.
